Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Interview - What to wear in this heat?

I've got a job interview coming up this week for a research position within a university. It's my first professional job interview, and I'm not sure what to wear. I don't cope with heat that well, so I would like something as light as possible while remaining suitably formal. I have a black peplum pencil dress, but I imagine I'd need to wear tights and that idea alone is making me sweat :D. I don't want to turn up all red faced and sweaty so can anyone advise? I thought maybe linen pants (do they have to be black?) but I'm not sure what kind of a top I'd wear. I'm a plump size 12 carrying most of my weight on my belly. Thanks!
