Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Is there a free secure service that will send my forms or do I have to set up an .asp database myself.

    <form action=http://www. ????????????????.whatever /formmail.asp
    method=post> or something

    any ideas??

    .asp has nothing to do with what database you're using - it's a server-side language that CAN read/write to a database (among other things) but the database technology is completely separate.

    Anyway, there's no database required if you're just sending emails without recording them.

    Here's one script that I found in a quick search on google for "form send email asp":

    http://www.brainjar.com/asp/formmail/

    Can't vouch for it as good/bad, secure/flaky, as I avoid asp like the plague, but there were plenty of other results in the search too.....
