Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Swapping a manual for an automatic?

    Hi,

I've a manual Civic on adverts.ie priced at roughly 2.5k, but the goal at the end of it was to simply buy a similarly priced (small) automatic.

Would a garage look at doing a straight swap - or will it be too much hassle for very little return? If anyone could turn me onto a garage which might do this I'd be very much appreciative :)

They'll do a straight swap, but the car they give you will be worth quite a bit less than your current car.

You never know. Smaller autos can be harder to shift, so you might find a dealer interested in doing a swap.

    Not your ornery onager
