Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Getting to IKEA

This place isn't half hard to figure out how to get to.

I need someone familar with the routes, because I've given up on the Dublin Bus 'Route Planner'. F*ck that.

Anyways, I'll be travelling from the Stillorgan region. I'm thinking 46a/145 into town. Anybody able to point me in the direction from me there, be it by train, bus or tram?

    I appreciate it.

    Thanks.

Bus no. 140 from Leeson St Upper goes straight to IKEA (or so I'm led to believe by my niece, who's a regular on it!).

Jump off your 46A, onto the 140, you're sorted.

ETA - use the RTPI app or the Dublin Bus website to co-ordinate your bus transfers!

The 140 drops you off at the door of Ikea!

No need. Take a 46a or 145 to Dawson Street and switch to the 140 there, which as earlier stated does indeed terminate at IKEA.

Do NOT get off on Leeson Street as the 140 no longer serves that street (it starts in Rathmines).
