Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I wonder can any one help me with a question on building regs. I wish to extend my flat roof one story kitchen into my garden by 3m x 2.5m. The extension would use to the 2 story gable of my neighbours house which is stepped back and to which my house is already built onto up to the point of extension.

    Does anyone know if this is allowable with permission from the neighbour or should I build a wall alongside the existing party wall?

    I would appreciate anybodies help/advise/opinions on this.
