Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm looking to build a catalog of problems and solutions I've encountered in IT support, for my own reference. Right now I have an issue with my computer I've had in the past, but I can't remember what I did to solve it. So from now on I want to document each problem/solution and have it searchable.

I could just throw everything into a Word document, but it would look awful and be difficult to search through.

Is there any software, website or app out there that would be suitable for this kind of thing? I was looking at free help desk software or online diaries, but it doesn't really fit with what I want.

    Any suggestions?
