    I ordered items in the cyber monday deal last week. Got an Email confirmation & a ref code. Have not heard anything from them since, tried calling call center with no help at all. I have Emailed the websales team several times only getting an automated responce each time. I only want to know if my items are coming or not so I can order them elsewhere. Terrible customer service.
