Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

looking for a bit of advice on a car a friend of the family is selling.

It is a 2005 (old model) 318i, manual. It has a factory fitted MSport body kit, full leather, climate control (i think) and a sun roof. I don't think it has the steering wheel mounted audio controls. I am not sure on the milage, but i would guess at 70,000k. not sure on the service history. he is looking for about 22.5k.

is that decent value? what would i need to be looking at?

Check on carzone.ie and cbg.ie for comparisons. You can fill in make model and year and compare to your friend of families car

Most asking prices on carzone, cbg, etc are generally overvalued by dealers or dreamers.

The online VRT calculator is a more realistic gauge of the OMSP of the car.
