Administer account missing everything

Hi, logged into my laptop and most of my files bar a few and all programs are missing, chrome, firefox, itunes etc. I created a guest account and I am able to access my files from that but i want to restore my administer account back to the way it was. Anyone how I would do that? Thanks

Hi,
