Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

In this current harsh economic climate, I think a big 'up' is deserved for the almighty double cheeseburger, for 2 quid (hopefully even cheaper now with the vat reduction) how could ya go wrong!

From the first juicy meaty cheesy bite to the very last "suck your fingers" greasy bit, heavenly!

    More cost-efficient.

I get a cheese burger & a chicken burger for €2 instead of the double cheese.... thus covering more of the food pyramid for daily requirements

Just on that point, when should the price have dropped? Had a double cheeseburger on Saturday night and I'm sure 'twas still €2. Savage tasty in fairness to them.

Is it? When I'm in Galway I normally get 2 cheeseburgers for E2, maybe that's a student discount they do .

Eitherway 80c for a 2c piece of cheese is craaazzzzyy.

The double cheeseburger for 2euro is part of the eurosaver menu, its not a normal price. However a big mac has come down a few cent to my knowledge as have some other items that are not on eurosaver menu.

I love McDonalds plain hamburgers, they're my favourite thing on the menu. The cheese ones are an abomination

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 954 ✭✭✭Hurricane-Dean

If you're willing to spend a bit more get a McGangbang :D (it's not on the menu) but it's a double cheeseburger inside a McChicken sandwich.
    Thank me later

Does that come with a heart attack or do you have to order that separately?

    2 double cheeseburgers + 6 nuggets = 6E

Putting 3 nugget on each cheeseburger + eating = priceless

I like my cheeseburgers how I like my saturday night women...absolutely filthy lookin, a complete mess & easy to get/cheap

Just decided what I will be having for dinner. Sorry OP, it wont be a Maccy D burger, but a homemade burger of deliciousness and it will resemble something like this (replace the rabbit food in the background with homemade wedges, in massive quantities)
