Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

 im getting jsb as i have been reduced to 3 or sometimes days per week,
i have been getting paid by cheque each week. the amount varies depending on the days i work.
Now this is where im confused
do i get this for 12 months
or do i get this for 312 days .
if i work 3 days a week, does this mean i get paid for 2 years. /
    thanks..

It's 312 days, so the less you receive per week, the longer the JB will last. Re: the 2yrs part, that depends on whether you're paid over 5 or 6 days, but you'll be glad to know that if it's constantly 3 days a week and you're paid over 6, it will last 2 years, and if paid over 5 even longer.
