Vintage NCT and tax

Hi, I was thinking of putting my vintage car on the road as a daily runner and was wondering is the car which is 30 years old exempt from the NCT? Also does the vintage tax apply to a car which will be a daily runner and how do you apply for this if so Thanks in advance ðŸ‘
