Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I separated a few months ago, and my Tax credits are now a complete mess. I have been in contact via phone and writing with the tax office, who had been notified of the separation already, as I have been issued about 7 or 8 certs since but have been getting stonewalled.

I went in to use the PAYE anytime (which I've used before) to see if that helped me to see what way they are being allocated, or what's going on - but I got a message to say I was denied access based on marital status and something about assessment?!
Is that common. do they do that?

I'm going to go into them about this asap, as I'm getting stuck on hold for 20 mins before I get someone who wont answer any questions! Odd as they've been fairly helpful in past dealings. Just wanted to ask if anyone knew in the meantime.

Yes, apparently the system is unavailable once the marital status is changed to separated/divorced, you need to phone them directly with your queries because the system will not change to allow access

Thanks. That's a relief, but quite frustrating :( between that and them being so evasive on the phone.
