How long for a HSBC cheque to clear in AIB account?

Could anyone tell me how long it'd take a HSBC cheque to clear after I lodge it in my AIB account?

Assuming you mean HSBC UK, full clearance can take anything up to 6 weeks. It's normally sooner (2-3).
