Entropay, asking bank statements

    Hi, i just opened an Entropay account.
    2 minutes after first deposit, i got email that i have to send them
    - passport copy
    - copy the creditcard (front and back)
    - bank statements

    i can understand the two first + utility bill, but bank statements.

    Do they have rights to ask for bank statements?

    However, i wrote them back to cancel my account, because im not sending any bank statements to them. Im not establishing any credit agreement with them.
