    Saw this in Tesco Midleton. I presume it'll be nationwide. Xbox 360.

    Seems a bargain for a game that's just out this week.

    Not my cup of tea but one for the adventure fans.

    can anyone confirm this? if so would I be fit to buy a copy in tesco and leave that unopened copy back to GAME and get a refund??

    They don't have to take it back as there is nothing wrong with it.
    If they are willing to take it back, it would likely be for store credit, not a refund.

    But it is there policy to take back games within 7 days of purchase... It must be un-used though... May ring them and see if I would get full refund..

    If you have a receipt and the seal wrap is still on your copy then I cant see you having any hassle bringing it back. If the seal is broken then they don't have to accept it unless its defective in some way.

    I got one there aswell. It was listed as €54.95 but it scanned as €35, they probably changed it though because I told one of the floor people when I was picking it up

    Considering it was mislabeled as €54.95 in bloomfields the other day, I can't imagine it's a long term thing. tesco pretty much always do this for big games and put the price up pretty much after their initial stock sells out

    nope, that's only if you were charged €55 and was displayed as €35. then you go to customer services desk, and get a refund. never bring it up at the till, cos then you'll still have to pay for it and won't get it free.

    For anyone who missed out and doesn't mind waiting a week to 10 days it is available for €37.50 incl postage from play-asia.
    Its the Asian version but in English and region free :)
