Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looks like the manufacturer is "Extra Value".

Looking for a TV for my mothers birthday and could suit but can't find reviews for it anywhere.

No, that's not a brand - just a general term.

Possibly a Hanspree or to a lesser extent, Vistron.

The only problem with this is that it's not HD ready. I'd prefer 1920x1080

They're usually about a hundred euro dearer.

Ah well, guess I'll continue bargain-hunting...

if its any help to anyone buying, they will not accept irish customers through their own membership, however if you buy the product through google checkout they will ship it no hassle.

I just recieved my 37" lcd for less than 400. shipping was not the fastest.

Brief review from someone over at HUKD:
Mine arrived yesterday, free postage and it arrived morning of the second working day in the pouring snow, well chuffed with that.

Worked straight from the box, nice easy menu layout. Back of TV is really well laid out, easy to set up etc. Looks a lot better in the flesh rather than the pictures as well.

The freeview tuner only picked up about 4 channels so i was a bit concerned. I plugged in my old freeview tuner and the same happened. I put this down to the snow effecting signal in my area. I checked quickly this morning and it had found 20+ channels and the weather was still sh*t, so hope fully this won't be a problem.

Watched a DVD on it last night and was really happy with the picture and sound, I am sure there are better out there, but for £250 it was good.

I dont have anything HD to plug in yet, so cannot give a review for that. Basically, if you only want to spend £250 you wont be disappointed.

The brand is 'Level' as can be seen the pictures.
