Excellent. Amongst today's purchases was the BBC's brilliant Takin over the asylum , £7.99 after discount, iPoint thingys, free delivery and 10% back on quidco to boot.

Perhaps it's just me, and I was unlucky in what I chose to purchase, but everything I bought on the 21st is still showing as "Awaiting stock pick". This is despite their estimated despatch dates being variously the 22nd, 24th & 28th Jan.

I've also received a few conflicting emails. One in the early hours of Monday morning saying one of my games had shipped, followed by another 3 hours later saying it had definitely shipped, and should be with me soon, and a third 4 hours after that saying that the reason my game hadn't shipped was because my game was not in stock, and they were chasing it up with their suppliers, sorry for the delay.

The other 4 items I've ordered haven't been mentioned in any emails from the dept of schizophrenia, and nowt has arrived yet.

I dont want to jump the gun and lace into customer service, because frankly, 10 days isnt completely unreasonable where an post and royal mail are concerned, but it's the emails that are worrying me.

Anyone else order during the 10% off period on the 20th/21st, and if so, how are you fixed with your deliveries?

Got my order of LittleBigPlanet today, they sent it out on Friday.

No reflection of the bargain alert, the offer was a great find, its just a disappointing 1st experience with sendit.

Most of my experiences with sendit are the same! (as with Asda & the Hut). I put up with it because they often have the best price on stuff, plus you can order in sterling and they don't debit the money til the order is shipped.

I ordered 4 items with the 10% offer, 2 of which I got today, 1 has been shipped and the other is awaiting stock pick.

I ordered a laptop bag from them in December 07 and didn't get it until first week in May 2008. That's why i was so surprised to get this order in 4 days.
