Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Heard a rumour today that the Manic Street Preachers are to play the Royal Theatre in Castlebar Mayo on Sat 14th May.

    Anyone know anything about this please!!!!

    Nope, but i did get a text message from Heineken Green Room Sessions to get free tickets to see The Doves in Castlebar.

    Castlebar seems to be getting some fairly decent bands!

    Only an hour away too..!

    PS - The forthcoming attractions on the Royal Theatre (www.royaltheatre.ie) website (where they'll play if they do play) don't mention them anyways:

    I rang them up and they confirmed that the manics are playing. 1200 capaciity so have to get in quick once tickets go on sale (supposedly in a couple of weeks).

    Hope this means they are doing a couple of other small venues around the country

    Sure we've had all the greats playing Castlebar!!. I remember the Prodigy playing and Keith did a stage dive and everyone moved out of the way.
