Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hello boardski's, I am currently working on a website for my college assignment and was just looking for some comments and of course criticism, so if you could take a look and tell me what you think I would appreciate it.
    Thanks

As a college project, and presumably a first website it's not too bad.

Some things to consider when doign web design generally:

    - Keep the things simple. Use only 1 or 2 fonts, one for main text and one for headings.
    - A sans-serif font like Arial or Verdana is better for test you have to read a lot of and looks better on screen.
    - Avoid cliches, using shamrocks and green is a little boring.
    - Similarly, all gamer sites are black and look like this. Play around a bit more with styles before you choose one. The obvious style is not always the best.
    - Get rid of the gaps in the tables. Use the CSS border-collapse property for that.

forum needs a clear link back to the home page

maybe carry the menu bar across the top of the forum
in matching design to the menu column on the other pages
