Oxigen not collecting bins?

Anyone else having issues with Oxigen not collecting when they are meant to? This is the 3rd Monday in a row this has happened, on call with them atm for waiting to speak to someone for the last 12 minutes.

Ok So now Oxigen has quit servicing South Dublin City. I have a balance of Euro 40.00 with them. They no longer have our account as they sold all to Thornton. Thornton don't have any record of our balance either...... Any suggestions???????

Panda gave us a free month when Oxigen passed us over to them.

Which reminds me, still haven't received an invoice from them...

It seems that oxigen have dropped Dublin north side too, I can't login any longer & their site says I'm not an account holder, didn't get any letter & no mention on their site about it.
