Hey all. Have had EPW for 4 years now. it always gives a sound at 4pm to say "x is open" as well as..............at 4 f-ing am when everyone is asleep. This has been going on for 2 months now. Used to do this when we just got it too, just wondering how we can have peace at night without someone staying up until 4am to…

Used to do this when we just got it too, just wondering how we can have peace at night without someone staying up until 4am to disable it, even when we don't have it active!!!

Do you use the system?
If not power it down by dropping the outside lid opening the inside cover and remove the mains fuse and disconnect the battery.

Have you contacted them and complained/ asked them to fix it? That's a pretty serious fault, and I've found them nothing but great to deal with for issues like that.
