Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If there are any windows installer files in the same folder you could try running that instead...just double-click on the .msi file. Most of these setup.exe's are just wrappers for msi files....if you don't see any msi try extracting from the setup.exe (/a switch I think, or maybe /s...try /? switch to see whitch one it is).

Go to start>run. Type %APPDATA%, hit enter. Any folder you see InstallShield or InstallShield Information rename to InstallShield2, InstallShieldInformation2 etc. Re-run setup see if it works then, this should solve the problem, and not prevent other windows installer installshield based products be uninstalled either
