Why can't they invent a contraceptive pill that makes women NOT go loolaa?

Seriously, you have a nice reasonable girlfriend pre-pill,all of a sudden,she is jealous of every girl you talk to,thinks you are cheating etc etc.One minute she is like in love with you,next minute she needs space.Does every girl have this inner crazy thing going on?

OP, if you can't handle your gfs outbursts try to get her to change prescription? The pills contain hormones so mood swings can be expected when she first goes on them.

Ive had all the conceptions money can buy and it never changed me.. She is more then likely just a jealous raging person but just hid it from you in the begining till she had her claws in you and you couldnt leave her for being a bit mental

I duno, i gave all that stuff up cos i didn't know whether i was coming or going (excuse the pun

) most of the time! I suppose its hormone altering so its no surprise it makes you a little whacky, if there was a testostrone altering male version of the pill, im sure there would be more than a few mixed up and confused males on the walkabout!!

Just get her to change to another one. She just has to find the one that suits her. I was on a certain one before and it turned me into a crazy psycho girlfriend. Switched to the one I'm on now and I'm grand.

If anything you should be more stable on the pill as it's supposed to regulate your hormones. I think your woman is on the wrong type for her.

For God's sake, wait till she's in a good mood before broaching this subject and make sure you've got a cod-piece and a gum-shield in place as well!

Oh, and it shouldn't make you fat either if it's the right one for your body.
(not that any of them make you fat either, just hungry!)

i was taking a contraceptive pill before that made me burst into tears for no reason, and I even contemplated jumping out the window of my 4th floor apartment. Luckily I knew something was up, took myself off to the doctor, showed him what I was on, he took me straight off them. He recommended I go on the crazy bar implant, I googled it and said no way!!

OP get your gf to change pills, its obviously not suiting her. Or maybe she is putting them in your tea and its you thats gone loolah??:)

one of my girlfriends had one of those and it was fine, far far better than when she was on the pill/

whats so wrong with the crazy bar implant? I've been on other pills that made me insanely hungry.. for tayto oddly enough. Got no mad crisp cravings on the bar, poor Mr Tayto sales took quite a dive when i switched to the implant. These days I'm just mildly hormonaly unstable, it's great fun
