Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Best lens for short?

    Hi there guys.

I'm currently in progress with a beginner freelance film making company and we're looking to shoot a short soon enough. A lot of the short will be a hostage scene and I was wondering what would be the best lens for shooting a very dim lit hostage scene to make it look harsh and scary if you will.

The current equipment we have at the moment is: 3 Softbox Lights, Zoom H4N with boom and mic and a rode mic for the camera, Canon 650d with a 15-85mm lens a Nikon D3200.

The new lens will be for the Canon :)

50mm 1.8 will give you good shots in low light and is really cheap.
