UFO / EBE Full Disclosure this summer?

Interesting footage from a UFO group meeting in Washington recently. Stephen Bassett indicates he has insider information that the Obama administration may be contemplating full disclosure of UFO's or an extraterrestrial presence on Earth.

Wishful thinking? Maybe, however, if you watch and listen to the footage, he seems to be confident of going public with inside information himself if the administration doesn't come clean by May. He also indicates that if the US doesn't do it, then another nation will. The point that impresses me here, is that he claims to have Rockefeller Initiative political backing. In which case the powers that be / NWO may have decided that the time is right to disclose the information. Either way, in recent years mainstream media seems to be focusing more on disclosure (eg. Larry King shows etc.).
