Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It seems ludicrous.
But we dont have the details and i suspect that there is more to it; with some exceptions, the cops dont tend to waste their time charging people with indecent exposure that will clearly be thrown out of court.

    I resent the American implication.

It happened in America, sure. For all we know they could all have been illegals! Pervy trespassing illegals!

I wonder if you can be arrested for indecent exposure if a woman starts trespassing into the men's changing rooms with her child.

I wonder what the guy was stirring his coffee with?

A woman and a 7-year-old boy were cutting through Williamson's front yard from a nearby path, according to WTTG-TV, Channel 5 in Washington.
Should counter-sue them for trespass. F**king yanks

    Oh no, a penis !!!!!

Think of the emotional trauma the child will get from seeing what a person actually looks like.

maybe social services should be called in to investigate why the woman had a child out at 5.30am. Bit early for the creche or school

It's not just Americans. I believe that all common law systems have laws saying you can indecently expose yourself in your home. If not, pervs could get a flat in town across from a school and **** naked in their ground floor window.

Thats the general law, of course, in this specific case it is bollocks. Americans seem to be moving away from the idea of intent in criminality.

BTW as far as I know she can t perv looking in the window at a naked man, but a man can perv - in the same situation - looking in the window at a naked woman.

    Feminists, Bring Down Those Laws.

Some naked bloke was seen making a coffee through his kitchen window by a passer by who reported him to the law. Cops arrested him and charged him with the offense of indecent exposure. If guilty he faces i year or 1000 fine.

Your one that spotted him should be charged with perving.

How low is his kitchen window  perhaps she was peeping in the window:eek: she therefore should be done with been peeping mom :D

    According to fox http://wap.myfoxdc.com/w/main/story/7338085/
the "Police wouldn't release the incident report or the name of the mother who filed the complaint. FOX 5 has learned she is a respected member of the community, and just happens to be the wife of a Fairfax County Police officer."

It also looks like they,re really gunning for this poor guy " on Wednesday, officers canvassed the neighborhood with fliers, asking anyone who may have been subject to an exposure to come forward".

In Texas you can indeed shoot someone for trespassing on your property (as was pointed out in relation to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, it could be argued Leatherface wasn't breaking the law...)

I remember hearing of a guy who was going to a job interview and his shirt had a stain so he decided to change to a shirt he had in his boot. He pulled over and was changing his shirt when a cop spotted him and arrested him for incident exposure.

The lawyer he had said just take the fine as it would be quicker and cheaper. The county or state then changed the sex registry rules a few years later. As a result of that he was put on the sex registry this ruined his life. He was attacked numerous times and hounded out of neighbourhoods.

    Sex laws: Unjust and Ineffective

He came down in the middle of the night, made a cup of tea and went back upstairs. The law I believe is if he knowingly exposed himself, he's in the light, mum and kid outside in the dark, he can't see them. He can't be convicted for it.

Really, all he has to do now is go back to that one's house, wait in the bushes with a camera, and take some pictures of her when she's naked in her house.

    Check. Mate.
