Hayes' Hotel in receivership

I just heard on the news that Hayes' Hotel in Thurles (and it's sister hotel from the Mulcahy Group, The Creggan Court in Athlone) are gone into receivership. Talk about the reverse midas touch eh?

There was a portfolio of offices and warehouses sold by auction for that amount perhaps its that you saw and just got mixed up with the apts that went on sale by auction in dublin.
