hey guys, have the bedroom beside a very busy road, the noise is driving me mental, it is a new build, so has double glazing, but it isnt enough, if I got double sided heavy duty tape and stuck a sheet of polycarbonate onto the frame, effectively a 3rd pane, the polycarbonate is 3mm thick, would it make much of a…
