DCENR are updating their website. A tender is out and these are the issues to be addressed.
The DCENR invites tenders from suitably qualified providers for the: 1) A new website The new site architecture and visual design solution will ensure that those stakeholders using the website will be able to access the information they require as easily and as quickly as possible. 2) Brand refresh DCENR require a refresh of its current brand identity in terms of logo and colour palate[sic]. The refreshed logo will be the main branding on the new website.

You can give them a piece of your mind here.
If you want to have a go yourself, you’ve got 'til 12:00pm 16/06/2014 to respond.

Not sure about re-branding being a sensible way to spend public money in hard times, but I wouldn’t want to be looking at DCENR’s colour palette for too long on a rough ferry crossing.
