Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

errr, I think youll find that the film is actually called Porn, based on the novel by the same name.

The novel is the third in a trilogy of books of which trainspotting was #2

Yea, book is called Porno. I am coming near the end of reading it. It's a very good book if you're into Irvine Welsh/ Trainspotting.

It's 5-10 years after Trainspotting, so-to-speak. Renton moved to Amsterdam and opened a club, Begbie went to jail, etc....

This is all around Sickboy who is making a Porn movie.... won't go into too much detail in case some one wants to read the book

Haven't read the end yet... but it's darned good! :D;)

Didn't the film Trainspotting have a different ending then the book trainspotting. i think Renton does to Amsterdam with the money to become a drug dealer in the film and in the book nothing really changes they are all still junkies. The point i'm trying to make is, How are they going to make Trainspotting II. Is it going to start as the orginal film ended or as the book did.

I'm confusing myself, i'm sure you'll work out what i mean.

Maybe if you type in Welsh Porno it might narrow it down a tad

I'm half way through the book and its absolutely hilarous. It'll make one hell of a movie.

Yeah, I have finished the book now and there was some amusing parts near the end. It would make a great film but the film can never be as good as the book, tbh

Anyone read Filth by Welsh? That's heavy!
