Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Horses ruining my lawn

Howdy. looking for a bit of advice here just the legal situation. I live on the edge of the bog and recently this guy (illegally) put a gate across the bog road(public) and fenced off a large section of the bog with electric fencing. The bog, including my own site is SAC. He now has horses up there. He is in big trouble with some of the neighbours over this but is not bothered. The last few days some of the horses have been breaking out and coming in to my lawn. Expensive lawn, around 10 loads of topsoil and seeding etc. Because of someone poisoning dogs in the area we installed cctv lately and all these incursions are logged. what are my options.? Is it a question for the council or legal or should I impound the animals.

Council horse warden and I presume a Duchas game warden (for the SAC, not the horses).
