    one is a forum aimed for peapol from abroad and one is a cheats websites

    how to promote them ??

    You should put links to your sites on here for a start. You can add your website adress to your signiture so it will appear in all posts. After that try twitter, facebook etc. There are many free directories to submit to. You can also go to other forums and post there.
    One site to use is http://www.irishwebmasterforum.com and ask people to review your site.
