Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just want to know if anyone is having a problem with the phone wire connection between the back of the upc box and the phone base unit. The cable keeps 'popping out' of the back of the Horizon box even though it 'clicks' into place when reconnected.

No, never had that kind of problem, When you shove the plug into the Horizon box, are you able to yank it back out without squeezing the catch? It sounds like a crap plug TBH.

No can't yank it back out without squeezing the catch. Its definitely secure. Very strange...it 'pops out' every second day or so.

All I can suggest is buy a different phone cable, they're dirt cheap and come in all sorts of lengths.
