Registering for Medicine in Pavia University

Hi all, I have just recently passed my IMAT in flying colours and I have recieved an offer from Pavia university in Italy but I'm having some issues with the registration... I dont know where I can pay my MAV fee or how I can make an appointment to collect my Tax Code Card. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Srikar
