Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The FT has a paywall :(

    Reuters doesn't :)

    Love the quote though
Sebastian James, CEO of Dixons Retail, Europe's second biggest electricals retailer, said last month that although there is a market in Britain for cheap, basic tablets, consumers were often left disappointed by purchases.

"We get a lot back because people use them and they say 'no, what I wanted was an iPad' and they are not," he told Reuters.

"There's a reason why an iPad is more expensive, it's just better."

Yes of course it's better than a €100 tablet, duh!

I bought a 10" tablet and it runs so slowly. Try to return it to Argos, no dice waste of money

I'd be interested in seeing feedback on these. I'm in the market for 2 tablets and they just might suit !

If youre buying in the North id stump up the extra for Tescos Hudl over the Argos one everytime. Beats it hands down in pretty much every way
