New Shop front outside Stables

Anyone know whats going into the unit beside the paddocks thats being done up at the moment? Theres a big glass window at the bus stop side too..any ideas?:confused::rolleyes:

i believe it's going to be a visitors centre. as well as providing info on the campus etc it will sell merchandise
