Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Simple question really, I never thought it a problem till I got onto ID Network and couldn't understand why we werent getting the 2 factor authentication messages from Microsoft, Steam, Xbox, literally everything but a handful of Irish banks.

Contacted ID and they confirmed they dont support Short Code messaging (bar from some Irish banks). In my mind this makes them useless as we now have temp bans on multiple services as we moved country and ID cannot serve this basic function. So they lose two customers effectively immediately.

Who can we move to that offer better/best support?

ID, 48, Tesco and VM dont support em (IIRC). Possibly lyca too.

That would leave Meteor, Eir, Postphone, Three, Vodafone, Blueface.
