i recently just passed my driver theory test and i am wondering how i go by getting a tractor licence, i am 16 but will be 17 in a week and i was wondering how to a apply for a tractor licence. Thanks.

The same way you'd apply for your Cat B Car learner permit, by going to the NDLS after you've got your eyes tested.

No point doing it so close to your 17th though. Wait til you're 17. If you go now it'll cost you €35 for Cat W Tractor and another €35 to add the Cat B part.
