Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ah sure, do ye celebrate Christmas at all?

I've never seen any of the films either, or read the books

Judging from the audience 'whoops', I assume it to be quite popular :D

Good Evening all. Some good guests on tonight.

Alan Rickman's looking well tonight. I think my own mum will be interested in his new movie by attending it in a cinema one day.

Kim Cattrall is another guest that I'm looking forward to as well. Let's hope that Tubs does not mess up her interview for tonight.

The "I've never..." Game might be a good one for when the part of show which can't be discussed comes on

Emma Thompson, there's a great actress.

Best actor in Love Actually by a mile (Sorry Liam)

Jesus...that scene where she discovered the necklace/CD dealio. And them goes into the bedroom and BALLS. And fixes the bedspread before she goes. Utterly heart wrenching stuff !

    From de facebuke...

Coming up on the show this week, the man who went from rags to reluctant riches, Sean O Sullivan will be in to chat to Brendan about how he became a multi-millionaire and why he still lives a simple life. Limerick’s ‘first Lady’, Celia Holman Lee will be chatting to Brendan about the secrets to eternal youth and a long-lasting marriage. Irish cricketer John Mooney will be in to dispel any pre conceptions people have about cricket after Ireland’s success in the World Cup. Fitness guru Jessie Pavelka is back in again to chat to Brendan about his new role on one of the biggest shows in America, The Biggest Loser USA and about the bootcamp he’s running in Santry this Sunday morning. Rocstrong will be performing his fantastic single “Go ‘Head”. Tune in at 9.50pm and enjoy!!

Is that the one from Red Rock?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,657 ✭✭✭CountyHurler

It's ridiculous that he is still allowed (by the producers) to pepper every interview with video after video..... It makes every interview disjointed, stop/start, and kills any flow ...

    Great voice!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,713 ✭✭✭BabysCoffee

So far the show seems a bit more chilled out generally, new camera work, new hair do on tubs and less reading from his cue cards.

What's going on? Has there been some changes made?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,657 ✭✭✭CountyHurler

Is that the one from Red Rock?

She was Barry O'Hanlon's first wife in Fair City....

Tubs could have congratulated Cathy on Red Rock.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,569 ✭✭✭✭ProudDUB

God it KILLS me that every SINGLE time they have a really interesting guest on, he gets his allotted 13.5 minutes & than off he goes. God forbid Tubs ever has the balls to keep him on for as long as he thinks the audience want to see him, the way Uncle Gaybo did.

    Lovely stuff.

Sharleen Spiteri had a solo album in 2008 'Melody' which is one of my most played CDs.

If you are looking for something good to listen to, give it a go
