Electoral Register query

    I was not sure where to post this. Can someone advise me how to go about getting my electoral register information moved from one area to another. I no longer live in the are where I am on the electoral register. I am now in a different county and with a different Co. Council. I thought it was the RFA1 form, but this seems to just amend or delete information. I don't think it moves you from one council to another.
