Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yesterday a couple of minutes past 4pm, Siobhan, with sports news, said Wexford GAA were complaining about lack of tickets as there were "many more counties in their club"............oh, dear.
She's always making mistakes. Any word with more than three syllables seems to be a challenge for her.

Des Cahill just after announcing that Stephen Roche nearly won the stage of the Tour De France yesterday... Nobody in the studio corrected him...

Presenter reviewing papers this morning said 1 in 4 people in Dublin were millionaires...just reading paper now-should have said 1 in 40.

On Sunshine's promo for Dublin, Lucy Kennedy mispronounced the alumni of Trinity - sounded like aluminium!

I have always questioned her tone delivering the sports news... She always seems to me like she's giving out to me

    Sunshine Radio exasperates

Twice today the newsroom announced exasperates instead of exacerbates!!!

Mary Wilson says 150k marched last month on water
Brendan Ogle responds "That's the first time I've heard someone in RTE acknowledging the 150k figure"
Wilson quickly backtracks "from between 100k to 150k"

Best one I every heard was John Ryan from Clare FM many moons ago talking over the end of Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas (Is You)"...

"And that was Mariah Carey there with All I Want To Do For Christmas Is You".

He apologies a few minutes later once he'd realised his gaffe but it's vastly improved the song for me since! :)

There was a kind of 'WITHDRAW' moment during the 8:40 sports bulletin this morning.
Actually the next 15 minutes are worth listening to when it goes up on the player.
