Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

1200-1500 Laptop ideas

    Hi guys,
    Looking at getting a new laptop for university. Trying to find the balance between performance / cost.

    Budget: 1200 - 1500 for the right laptop

    Intended use: Autodesk Revit (3d Modelling), Adobe creative suite & minor video editing.

    Mobility: Mobility would be ideal, bringing it back and forth from college almost daily

    Warranty:Would like to have a year warranty at least, maybe 2 depending on the price. I can tinker with laptops but have only done some basic removal and re-installation of parts.

    What Operating System do you use? Windows (7, 8 or 10 whichever is cheapest)

    I have this laptop from PcSpecialist which I've spec'd and am wondering if there is anything better on the market for a similar price bracket (give or take 150 euro's) or if there is something lacking in the build? The spec is about the amount of power I'm looking for.
