Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you guys wanna see a spectacle tonight, Texas v Alabama in the BCS National Championship Game (College Football) on ESPN America tonight should be a treat. Its a huge deal, and there'll be about 35 million people watching it in the US alone tonight. Go one, broaden your sporting horizons ;)

Does ESPN America come with the normal full sky package..?

Im not entirely sure how it works back down south. If you have normal ESPN, you should have ESPN America. But then again, Im back home at the moment, and while we have all the channels downstairs, in my bedroom I only have a normal chorus box (without any sports or movie packs), and typically the only sports channel I would have is Sky Sports News, but for some reason I also have ESPN America up here so even if you dont have normal ESPN, you should check and see if you have ESPN America.

Yes saw Warren Barton on ESPN America the other night. Has a very strange style. Keeps his hand on the table all the time. Comes across as if he is reading the news.

I just checked and I don't have it on my package, its a shame as I am a bit under the weather and slept alot today so I may be up tonight and would have liked to watch some live sport.

Dont know how you feel about streaming, but there will be hundreds of streams for a game of this magnitude online tonight if you're really stuck.

His wife had an affair and tried to kill herself last March after he found out. Awful story.

It was much more than that.

Basically she was a sitting MP and had loads of irregular donations from developer's (which she used to setup her 19 year old lover in business),Peter Robinson found out about them and did not act accordingly.

Hadn't he kind of weathered that storm though and this was the straw that broke the came's back so to speak?

That was just the affair his wife was having, which I think is his own business.

This other stuff about him been first minister and not acting appropriately only came to light tonight.

For some reason I thought it was the other way around, it was reported as such on the news tonight that way. Or else I wasn't listening properly.

Edit: Just read the story properly, shows what I know.:pac:

Very easy to keep things quiet in this country. Takes a lot of straws to break a camels back.
