Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So my learner permit will expire in just over 2 weeks... i have applied for my full licence test but the wait list is 8 weeks.

What happens when the learner permit goes out of date? Will i have to sit the theory all over again..?

Iv read you can only get 2 permits before you need to sit the real thing, so how would this work if it expires in 2 weeks as this is my 2nd learner permit..?

Ring up and apply for a cancellation. You could get a date in 10 days time or sooner if you're lucky.

Apply for a cancellation. If you get it, great. If not, you'll have to apply for another learner permit. You will not have to take the theory test again.

You do not have to have actually sat the test to get your third learner permit, but you do have to have applied for the test, which you have done. Dig up proof (confirmation letter, email etc etc) confirming your application to do the test, as you will probably need to produce it if you are applying for your third permit.
