    Hi,
I'm looking for suggestions for hobbies for a 17y/o girl in rural Co. Wexford. She has no interest in sports or exercise really but is very interested in issues of social justice, dogs and pets in general, aviation (plane spotting and the like), and is quite creative. Would love to hear your thoughts on resources and groups in Wexford, and your experiences with keeping busy!

May not be what she's into but irish Red Cross or order of Malta mite be good learn first aid, team work make new friends then you also go to events to provide first aid cover good for keeping busy
Will also certified first aid manual handling etc (helps a bit for looking for jobs) mite give her an interest in medicine nursing or working for the ambulance service

Perhaps volunteer with WSPCA in Wexford Town or there are other rescue centres around the county

Would she look into contacting some of the animal charities and doing volunteer work with them or what about the charity shops in wexford and enniscorthy and looking to be a volunteer. There is a lot of charities in wexford that she could volunteer with.

Is there neighbours around you with pets that she could look after taking dogs for a walk, minding cats while owners are at work or gone to shops.

She needs to sit down and write down 3 or 4 things that she loves then get onto the internet and find out how to be involved in things she loves doing.
