NTFS.SYS problem

    My computer wont boot - shows an ntfs.sys error, I have tried booting fron the CD, typed R for repeir but then it asks for the number of the windows that i want to log on to from the repair console, dont know what this number is - any ideas??

    Hi EdgarA,

    It's usually listed as number 1. You just type 1 and hit enter.
