Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Calling about Emergency Tax?

    Hey there,

    So I am working for my university's student union for one week and one day. I have been told to call the tax office so that they don't tax me, I've been taxed 4euro already for my first payment.

    What number do I call about this and what information do I need?

    I have my Pps number and the employer number. Anything else?

    Is this your first time working in Ireland? if so, you need to complete a form 12A to apply for tax credits.
