Accessing Location Data

Hi all, Is there any way to access the cached location data of my phone? I'm trying to get it so I can create a rough map of my movements for a project. If I can access it, will I even be able to use it to create a map? It's a Samsung Galaxy S2, 4.0.4 rooted.

if you enable Latitude you can do that.
