Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Insurance schedule

I was in touch with my insurance company the other day. I have my car insured for €5800 but the schedule of insurance details it as covered for €5000. When I rang to ask them to amend this and send me out a new schedule for my own records, I was told that my car is insured for €5800 on their system but that the figures on the schedule are "rounded" to the thousand.

Are they bullsh!ting me? If the figure is indeed rounded, wouldn't it be rounded up to €6000 if it's insured for €5800?

Sounds like a lazy agent to me.

Insist on what they've told you in writing in such an event.

    Exactly!

The thing is, I was in touch with them about a month or two about this and the agent said she'd send out a new schedule. It never arrived which is why I contacted them again.
